The desserts are soo yummy! I love the desserts. The actual restaurant is run down and needs a make-over. It is a bit dirty looking as well. There's upstairs seating as well but it is unavailable. The staff are nice though and it is family friendly.
I thank Kaspa for it's amazing hospitality and spectacular deserts! I had an amazing time here enjoying my nephew's 6th birthday! They even gave him a special birthday milkshake! …

Loved the place! I had been here previously and this time visited with a bunch of kids who absolutely adored ice-cream and sweeties. The portions are generous and I would recommend splitting most things on the menu. The staff are friendly , however things can get busy at times and you might need to remind them about your orders.
Rude staff, got my order wrong and still argued with me that it wasn’t her fault but the person whom printed the ticket. Instead of her to apologise to a customer…… she was rude and uncanny. Typical behaviour in Croydon it’s disappointing. Worse customer service place in Croydon.

Cockroach infestation AVOID!!! only realized after paying. Went to sit down, saw a cockroach running across the seat then my wife said she had seen a cockroach under one of the machines. Wish I would have taken a photo, definitely going to report.
