In my opinion one of Croydon's best Chinese buffets.... And all at a bargain price as you will definately get your moneys worth. You have a vast majority or options to choose from, from succulent slices of beef in black bean sauce to vegetarian curry to sweet fingerlicking sweet and sour chicken and much more. Normally you are greeted by a worker very respectfully to make you feel/eat like a king! I often worry about hygiene when it comes to eat all you want buffets as the food is out for soo long but in this restaurant have no fear as they normally change and replace the food ever 20 mins or so eaten or not eaten. The place is very clean and attractive so all in all is a good restaurant. Only thing which lets them down is there drinks prices which is way too much in my eyes and you have to be prepared for that as you are not allowed to drink another drink unless its from the restaurant inside the building. Also the restaurant isnt easily accessable to get to by car as there is no parking directly outside so you will have to find a town car park or take public transport. There is also a takeaway option you can use from the buffet and the box they give you is a reasonable size to be happy with :) all in all i was pleased with the place.
Great price, and food was lovely. Decor, lay out and service was very basic. Almost like a homeless soup kitchen. But the cheap price makes it great value for money, and you didn't feel rushed to eat and leave. You were left alone by the staff completely.
The staff are a bit standoff-ish, but 5.95 for a buffet is dirt cheap so it more than makes up for it.
The food is pretty reasonable as well, all warm whenever I've been too. Some of these buffets skimp on meat to save money but this place really doesn't, to their credit.
The atmosphere and such aren't great, but it's a cheap buffet so if you're coming there for atmosphere you've made a mistake.
They need some chair squeak stoppers though; that sound is really irritating.
