Alright hear me now, me and my friends decided to pay a visit to MEATLIQUOR in Croydon boxpark. On the top-side of the building, very friendly and accommodating staff honestly made the culinary experience so much more better. Not going to lie it’s best to go here at lunch to be able to utilise the lunch deal which is £10.95 for a burger and a side from 12-4pm. Drinks are sold separately and they are quite pricy in general however the food is worth it. Very interesting interior and very comfortable booths which had a very artistic and DIY feel but quite welcoming.
Fries
These were the most crispy fries I’ve had in a restaurant to date, it’s both a positive and negative simultaneously though. Crispy fries and great in it self but with the level of crispy it didn’t allow an efficient ratio of fluffy potato to come through. The salt and pepper added was a good addition to it because I feel like they aren’t on the level where they could hold it out on their own. They were very nice initially but throughout the meal I got a bit bored of them as the enjoyment had no longevity. However, still very good fries. 6.6/10
Buffalo chicken burger
Both the burger were small in size but packed a serious caloric punch. I was gladly surprised from the flavours that presented itself on my tongue in such a small burger. The chicken was well cooked the blue cheese and buffalo sauce went exceptionally well but you couldn’t really taste the white onions it was like it was playing hide and seek with my palate. It was a bit of a saucy burger but the even though the bun was soft it held the saucy to a decent standard which was good. A bit of leakage but it was handled. 7/10
Bacon cheese burger
This burger was one of the best bacon cheeseburger I’ve had so far on my burger journey. The patties were soo succulent, at point it was practically leaking with flavour, the condiments weren’t excessive but just right, with the perfect amount of pickles at the bottom. Even though, like the first burger it’s quite small in size, the quality more than makes up for the quantity. I would say that if you aren’t a fan of salty food this isn’t the burger for you but if you okay with it than it’s definitely worth a try and you won’t regret it. 8.2/10
Overall culinary experience: 7.5/10

Great spacious restaurant in Boxpark to enjoy a variety of burgers and fries. Does take a while to order though as you do need to flag down staff to serve you. Food will come out fairly quick after ordering so great for a lunchtime bite!
Great place, American dinner style food, real burgers (will be red inside unless you ask for well done), chicken burgers and wings. Super shakes (alcoholic) ice cream floats and cocktails...
Little bit loud and dark but friendly staff and good vibe. Wouldn't suit people looking for a quiet bite to eat, but that's not box-park in general
Would recommend!
