Wish our one night stay could have been a week! Beautiful place, cosy despite being -13 degrees outside, fantastic staff and an incredibly hard working and helpful owner. Fantastic food as well. The artwork in the main building is amazing too! Will definitely be back

Quaint little place with amazing scenery around it. Arrived for a one night stay and instantly the staff were so helpful and friendly. The lodge was compact but clean and cosy. This is the most dog friendly place I have ever been to, all staff made a fuss of my puppy Daisy and she enjoyed a little play time with Issy the spaniel. We ate in the pub at night and met some lovely people while listening to the singer. Breakfast was lovely especially the black pudding and Lorne sausage!! Would definitely visit again !!

We ended up here unexpectedly but we are so glad to have found this place and will definitely be calling again on our next travels. Staff were great, food was fantastic and the entertainment, Jacko, was second to none. Laughed and sang and enjoyed every minute. Thanks for the hospitality. Jo and Harvey. X
