Love M&S, but there is not enough staff one the shop floor to help you. Very disappointing cafes in their shops, the powers that be, WON'T sell proper meals. All heated up different "sandwich 🥪" with varied ingredients. Nothing really for very young children to eat. Fresh cakes, teacakes, toast. They have got rid of there different size cups and saucers, and replaced them with ugly looking mugs! Like you get in a Transport cafe !!!!!! The cafe is ok for a quick coffee and cake. The soup isn't even "home" made!
