Generally good. All tables were dirty unfortunately although a quick wipe with a napkin made it OK. Toilets were very dirty. Food was quite good, took a while to be ready (10 mins+ which is quite slow for five guys). Milkshake excellent. Burger patties a bit dry. A good option in the location but not the best five guys I've been to.

Standard five guys restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good choice of options(as long as you like burgers and hot dogs). OK for a quick bite and portion sizes are good but it is quite expensive.

Would be good if they had a chicken burger or alternative to beef that isn't just a veggy burger. Also you need to update the Maps pin, as it's showing you are located inside the cinema.

Price is bit higher, but Both quality and quantity wise it’s much better than other fast food restaurants, in other place a small bag of fries usually means half bag of fries, but in five guys they put everything they got into the cup.

I've heard a lot of people referred to five guys as expensive, personally I see five guys as good value, the restaurant is usually quiet and the food is outstanding. I love our biannual family visits. I also like the fact that the calories are displayed which serves as a reminder why we visit so infrequently. I would advise you order less chips than you think you need as the servings are ridiculously generous

Absolutely delicious food. Five Guys are definitely the best burger producers in the country in my opinion! Fantastic customer service from Ozgurkan too. Probably my go to restaurant when in Crawley Leisure Park.

What more can a customer say, except that it's the best goddam burger and fries in the world imo. If I was on death sentence and I could choose my last meal, this is what I'd want, so yeah, you pay a bit more than burger king or mcd, but your taste buds will thank you. Cheerio

They were polite. My order was done quickly & it all tasted fresh. The fries were a definite 10/10. DELICIOUS!!!!
