Visited Nandos in Cramlington yesterday with my two sons. Showed to our table quickly and after ordering our food came in reasonable time. We had ordered chicken strips but we're given chicken wings so I caught a staff members attention and he apologised and went back to the kitchen to get the strips. We have been here many times and always have good service from the staff. Would highly recommend

I work for a local school for children with additional needs. Today I took a group of 13 children with me to Nandos Cramlington to have our lunch as part of their curriculum. I cannot thank the staff enough for how special they made it for us. They accommodated all needs of the pupils, even to the point of checking to make sure the music wasn't too loud. Lauren who served us at the till was kind and patient with the pupils who came up one by one to order their food (for some this was their very first experience of doing this) serving us with a smile on her face and instantly making my pupils feel more comfortable. Not only was the food delicious (as always) but then 4 members of staff, including the head manager, (Ryan, Summer, Stevie and Leilany) came out to spend time with the kids and answering some questions they had prepared. They even brought out some spare uniform for the kids to try on and have their photo taken with the staff. The staff went above and beyond to make this an occasion to remember and I cannot thank them enough. You have made 13 very special children very happy!
Outstanding valued friendly staff who go out their way to make sure the meal is hot and service is the excellent from front door to grill to cashiers and front and back grill... Well done everyone
