Great weekend spent on Station Pool at lavender hall fishery. Not an easy weekend at all for myself and good friends Andy and Simon as the fish were grouping up in numbers all over the pool, looking like spawning is just around the corner. First visit to this fishery for all three of us, and we were all impressed in the way the venue was managed by fishery owner Gary and his team. Great facilities with a well stocked tackle shop and a cafe that dishes up proper breakfast made the weekend even better. See you all in June for the lake exclusive.

Very impressed with my first visit, a well looked after fishery with proper pegs, a well stocked tackle shop, clean and professional cafe and onsite toilets. The bins provided means there is no excuse for littering. Will definitely recommend this place to others.

We go there most weekends for a breakfast.....ok, sometimes twice � The ladies who run it are always friendly and welcoming. The food is always cooked to perfection and served exactly as you want it. Just to top it off, the prices are the cheapest ive seen for a breakfast. I really dont think this place could be beaten.
