I had the pleasure of shopping in Moores today. I was attended to by Cynthia in the lingerie department and nothing was too much trouble for her. She was so polite and courteous when dealing with me and I left with a very nice purchase which was perfectly fitted by her. Thank you Cynthia.. I will definitely go back to see you again.

If I am in Coleraine I nearly always use their cafe. The food is second to none. Always fresh and it is very tasty. I love cottage pie and their home made vegetable soup. The staff are very warm and friendly nothing is too much trouble.

Called in today to purchase underwear for under a dress I bought for an upcoming wedding.I do not like this type of shopping ad I have been sold so many ill fitting bras in the past. However today was very different. Big thank you to Cynthia for helping me out today.A very relaxing ,professional experience especially as it was quite busy. I recently visited the Coleraine store with a view to bra fitting. I had put this off for so many years through sheer embarrassment as I have had reconstruction work carried out following breast cancer and quite honestly I'm embarrassed by my shape. However I was put at ease straight away as the staff are trained in mastectomy bra fitting. When I was placed in the correct bra size and pulled my tea shirt on, I actually cried as I felt like I looked like a female again. Thank you Joanne for your assistance that day. Please don't put off going to Moores for bra fitting. Do it now. They are so professional yet so friendly.
