We go here every time we visit Dunluce Castle. It has some souvenirs at the door for the castle and Northern Ireland in general. It is a fairly small cafe with a wonderful, cosy, homey aesthetic. You walk in and are immediately comfortable. There is a fireplace with couches, old pictures, and plenty of dining seating. We had a latte, a chai latte, and their scones on this visit and they were all fabulous! The scones were perfectly soft, the jelly flavorful, and the cream a perfect consistency and taste. The two drinks were absolutely to die for and in glass mugs so you can see the layering. The staff is all lovely and sweet and made sure we were well looked after. The whole place is absolutely adorable and I think everyone should eat there before visiting the castle next door.
Such a cosy little cafe. Scones were delicious. Toilet was really clean. I imagine they wouldn't be able to keep up if they allowed all the castle customers. Recommended for an afternoon tea.
The Wee Cottage at Dunluce is a must visit. The food, warm welcome and hospitality will enhance any visit to Ireland's Antrim Causeway Coast.
