My husband and I went yesterday after coming back from holiday,we were really looking forward to an Indian and it didn't disappoint. We went at 4 o'clock and were the only 2 there,on getting sat down we were giving the an appetizer of popadoms and spicy onions, delicious and free,we had just started to eat them when a waiter appeared with some chicken chaat on the house he said.We ordered a mixed platter for 2,it was lovely and plenty of it,it had chicken, mushroom and vegetable pakora, along with more chicken chaat and some other chicken dish,it also had 2,different sauces. We then ordered mains and I had chicken curry and boiled rice,my hubby had chicken tikka Jaipuri, boiled rice and we shared a naan bread,It was a delicious meal and for £26 with 2 large colas I thought it was worth it.The waiters were attentive and nothing was a bother to them.We have been a few times before for the early afternoon menu and enjoyed it but this was more relaxed and enjoyable,it was starting to get busy when we left so yo know its a great place to eat.Hope to be back soon.
First time here and it won't be the last
Great food great service and great value for money
I certainly will be back
From the moment we entered, we were made to feel welcome. We were given enough time to peruse the menu, which is extensive. With so many great options, it took some time to decide what to have. Even when we asked for some slight variations to our chosen dish, this was not a problem. Everyone's starters arrived at the same time. It was the same for the main meals, and everything was exactly as ordered. The quality and taste of our meals were top class, and the portions were generous. After our main courses we ordered ice cream. Again, the choices were extensive, and you could order as many scoops as you wanted. All the time, the staff were attentive whilst being discreet. It was a wonderfully relaxed and enjoyable evening, and I will certainly go again. Excellent.
