How do you make a customer for life? You manage the team at Dominos Clevedon store.
I placed a large order worth over £50 few days back. Pizza tracker got stuck in 'quality control' stage for an hour. I made a call and it was explained to me that food wasn't ready and there's a delay. After that the team leader told me they will be sending my food asap AND the full refund will be processed.. I mean, it doesn't get any better than this. Really pleased.
