Tried to order a click & collect book today....but am not able to go into the Cirencester shop to collect it. Called them to explain and the female bookseller was so very helpful, and sorted out the problem for me. Absolutely excellent customer service - and a real "can do" attitude. Thank you so much!! A fabulous service all round, and 5 star customer experience!

Our local bookshop for latest releases. Good selection of books and always helpful staff. Cafe is high quality and good value. We dont buy online because the experience of the shop is really worth the effort.
