We had a great Father and son meal here. The food was delicious and fairly priced. Very clean and upscale feeling to the pub while keeping a classic pub atmosphere. Chicken burger with rainbow slaw had a great range of flavours and tasted very fresh. The children's menu provided something different to the classic chicken nuggets and my boy enjoyed the chicken thigh. Mash potatoes were a bit dry but the rest of the meal filled him up well.

early evening meal for a birthday celebration. we had a very pleasant meal, very minor issue with dry chips and mushy peas, but really not so bad as to warrant a complaint. the pub was pleasantly busy for a Wednesday, with a mix of tourists and locals. all the staff we met made us feel welcome and offered a good service without being obtrusive. all in all a very good experience.

Good location , close big car park. Didn't eat anything just have a alcohol free cocktail which wasn't very nice. Prices quite higher than other places around . Nice bear garden. Was clean.
