The food was fresh and served quickly. It's not a place with a great atmosphere it's a Subway, lol. We took away anyway. Food was covered correctly and all the staff were pleasant.

Fantastic service, the team were extremely helpful and patient with an elderly customer in front of me, and were still friendly and efficient.

Staff where all wearing face masks, hats and gloves which is far more organized then other subways I have been too due in the pandemic. They had a social distancing stickers on the floor inside and I didn't have to que outside when I went for lunch.
I noticed that they changed the order over lay on the top of the counter which is alot easier to understand then the layout that they had before.
The staff where polite and enthusiastic, again allot better then the customer service then other subways I have been to before.

Just like any other subway. Sandwiches are nice and there are many options. The only problem is that the employees are quite rude and on multiple occasions have closed the shop hours before the official closing time.

Christchurch branch excellent. HAPPY staff, clean place (incl loo). Food nice & all hygienic. Winton, however, coffee like dishwasher, attitude indifferent. Hey ho, it's their franchise! No promoting subway there though? Left drinks & went over the road to coffee #1.

You always know what you are going to get at a Subway. Fast service, plenty of choice, good tasting food and excellent value. This particular Subway is on a modern retail park. The staff are quick and efficient. The only drawback is the proximity to Twynham school, on half days and end of term the entire place is rammed with kids. They are well-behaved enough, it just gets ridiculously busy.
