23rd July. A very wet one. Random decision to visit Rivington brew co tap for food and drink. Expected it to be empty. It was anything but that. I set my sights straight on the burger capital and opted for the well named pablo escoburger. This burger was hands down one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Easily top 3 and I EAT! 😂😂. On a miserable day the service was still top quality and I made sure I went back and told the chef how much I enjoyed the food he had made. Overall the whole place was brilliant and I can see why on such a dull day it was still very busy. Bar staff was very friendly and the service was as good as the food. If you haven’t been then I highly recommend you do go. Will be returning.

Amazing smash burgers! There's simply no need to ever go to any other burger spot! The Burger Capital is the spot. The loaded fries are next level too.

The BEST Burger around We have just had the most delicious burgers from "The Burger Capital" in Chorley at work today. All I can say is WOW, a proper burger. The burgers are absolutely lovely, the cajun fries are delicious. I had the "Pablo Escoburger Burger" and it was amazing. Nicely spiced but not too hot but everyone thought that the burgers were delicious and certainly we will be back for more.
