Good food, great service, lovely ambiance. Emily was fantastic from start to finish. Attentive, helpful, polite and charismatic. A real asset to the company. The only negative we could think of was cold dishes. Pasta gets cold quickly because of this.
All was good until it came to payment. I had a 25% discount code that I was told couldn’t be used even though the webpage said it was valid from 1/1/26 to 5/1/26. I also couldn’t use my Club Prezzo discount when the menu stated one of the meals ordered was eligible. What’s the point of offering discounts if they can’t be used?
Really great service and excellent food. Although it’s a chain, this Prezzo manages to get out great food at good prices. We had the oven baked prawns, Tuscan beef and the hot one pizza. All faultless. Eve was particularly helpful - friendly and attentive but not too attentive! Thanks!
