I often pop in here for a coffee but normally take it away. I sat in this week and don't think I will again. Whilst the staff are lovely, the food and drinks great, the sofas are dated, old, and lacking support, the decor needs a revamp, and despite the recent closure and the sewage works outside, the toilet continues to smell horrendous. None of these things are of course due to the wonderful staff that work there it is purely management and the brand that needs to invest in the store like they have their North Street store.
The barista is on fire this morning. Great service and pace he’s working at. Bit of a star and should get a mention
I like this Nero because there's lot's of space for pushchair out back and comfy chairs for breastfeeding. Unfortunately my frappe wasn't completely blended so had warm spots.
