We had a fantastic 2 night stay staff were very friendly & accomodating room was very clean the breakfast & evening meal were of very high standard & the service was 1st class it is brilliantly situated for town centre & cancel walk we would most definitely stay here again.. ..x

I would just like to say a massive Thankyou to your Team in Chester City Road Hotel. The customer service given during our stay was amazing and the staff all made us feel really welcome and like nothing would be too much trouble! When checking in the lovely lady on reception asked if we were staying for any occasion which I told her it was our Anniversary, She later came up to our room with chocolate and wine. This was a really lovely touch. I haven’t experienced this in any of your hotels before, although I have always received great service. This just added a bit more customer care and made it very personal to us. So I just wanted to again say thank you and if you could please pass on my thanks to the team.
