This is my first experience with boba tea. Thought I would give it a try after years of thinking about it. Customer service was friendly and happy to help. I chose brown sugar boba large and the obliged.
The tea as seen in photos was fresh and the boba was bouncy and a great way to refresh your palette
Really recommend this place for boba they serve other Chinese delicacies that British can enjoy but this boba was lovely and I am looking forward to the next cup.
The only thing I would say it the place was a bit messy with a banana skin on the table as per the pictures. But my guess would be that die to current lockdown restrictions they are using the space for storage. But I would advise cleaning up after the child.
i am so glad to find a restaurant who offers real Chinese food in the town, not modified with sugar in dishes. of course Chinese cuisines are very variable depending on which region you are at in the country. My daughter ordered beef stew noodle, which is very true to what we could eat in Shanghai, i ordered two spicy northen chinese dishes, both are so good, the portions are very generous, so we packed leftovers, still yummy the next day, the business owner couple are very honest and nice, will definitely come back.
A little suggestion: the restaurant somehow is kind of invisible, we never really see it even pass by, one reason could be because there is a depth before you see the door from the street, maybe the boss could think about putting on something noticeable at the entrance.
Food came hot and it was all quite nice. The dumplings are quite thick which wasn’t quite to our taste and the black bean noodles were far spicier than advertised. But overall it was reasonable prices for what you get.
