Really enjoyed having a nice tea and cake in here; the ambience was lovely and the staff so friendly and accommodating. The service to our tables was super quick and I was happy with the presentation of our tea. We got the chai latte which was teeming with cinnamon, the carrot cake (delicious) but the red velvet cake was a bit of a let-down: it tasted dry and the sickly sweet frosting that didn't taste like cream cheese at all was melted.
This place is new. It has a real nice style, that makes you want to step in side and sit in it's seats. And the sigh on the wall is just brilliant, have a photo of this so you can read for yourself. Great additions to The Meadows, never heard of Muffin Break Before. Will look out for them from now on. On those Panini Cards, there's even a wordsearch - great for kids..
They have a good range of paninis and cakes. The ingredients look fresh, the cafe looks inviting and there's a nice atmosphere here. The seating is a bit tight if you have lots of shopping bags with you but it's still worth a visit.
