It was Costa exactly what it says on the tin, if you want to adjust the coffee ingredients somehow, ie specific milk or a specific additive they put in they will let you, and the waitresses are very funny and seem happy to be there, I say that as in alot of places now it's not normally that way đź‘Ť
came into costa today and didn’t know how to use my app, and the lovely worker Caroline went through everything with me and was very polite. Had a great customer service today!!
Costa Coffee in Chatham High Street is a well run and welcoming coffee shop. It has a wide choice of coffee types and a whole lot of cakes to choose from. The staff are helpful, attentive and polite. A good place to meet up and spend an hour or two chatting to friends.

Front door to the shop is filthy and doesn't have handles on one side. Not very appealing or welcoming. No handsanitiser in the sanitiser station. Almond latte was nice but the unsweetened version of the almond milk would be much nicer. The slice of cake was nice and fresh.
Super friendly and helpful staff. The store and bathroom was spotlessly clean at the time of my visit. Coffee and cakes are about average for a chain coffee shop.
went into costa for a drink and toastie, had brilliant service from lauren she was very polite and made sure everything was okay!
