I’m a bit conflicted.
I’m American, and I have to admit, they do food that we would serve in America, the decor was cute, and it was conveniently located with our shopping trip.
However, it wasn’t very busy (as you can see in the background of the photo) but we still spent about 10 minutes trying to catch the waiters/waitresses eye each time we needed something like wanting to order, asking for water, and getting the bill. Nobody seemed particularly pleased to be there and the manager (I’m assuming) stood in the doorway arguing with a woman for most of our meal. The woman was also smoking, so with the door being open, the smoke came inside, which put us off a bit. The food was good but super small, the shakes tasted nice, but they were £5 each, and we paid £11 each for our burgers which weren’t bad but definitely not a £40 meal, especially for a lunch
Just went again with a friend, and am editing my review to 4 stars, they were very helpful with our babies (we had two prams) and seemed friendlier today than the last time.
Always nice come here. Staff nice and friendly and welcoming. Food is lovely as normal. Just shame they closed the one at Hempstead valley.
Service was excellent and perfect place for a quick stop for nice food. Went for a birthday meal, and any errors that occurred were fixed promptly.
