The Monks Brook is a brilliant pub that brings the community together. The food is always cooked to perfection- I recommend the wraps! And the drinks are always poured really well. The atmosphere on an event night is great and their social media is kept up to date so is brill to check before going down! Cocktails are fab too, we usually get a Godfather and a Sex on the Beach! Staff are kind, funny and welcoming and knew our order as we went back up to the bar for the next round.

We stopped here for an evening meal and a drink. The pub was clean and tidy and the food menu was extensive. We did wait quite some time for our meal which was surprising as the pub was fairly quiet. There is a car park at the front of the building and the staff were curious and helpful. The food was to a reasonable standard for the price we paid.

I booked a table for 10 this morning and ordered food to be ready for 1pm as we had limited time for our lunch break. Everything was served in good time, prices were reasonable, service was good and there wasn't a plate that wasn't clean! Definitely recommend the Monk's Brook.
