Great atmosphere, composed staff. It was overall a great experience, except the wait time is a bit more than the usual, which is understandable for the people that pass through the airport and that too during summers. Positives: 1. Spacious dining 2. Contemporary design of the restaurant 3. Nice customer service from ordering the food to handout

Great customer service. Manager named Monika served us with a big smile even though it was so busy !! Much appreciated. Food was top quality. Holidays started on good note ! Thank you so much BK EMA !!

Even though it was busy with a long queue, the staff managed to prepare my hot meal promptly with great attitudes. The food was a good standard for fast food, felt really taken care of, I recommend
