A family-run pub in a lovely historic location with great views on a good day across the Ayrshire coast and the Mull of Kintyre. Friendly and attentive staff, all the staple draught beers, a good selection of malt whiskies, and the food is not your average pub grub. Large, tasty pizzas with chewy, doughy crust, crispy-outside-tender-inside chicken goujons battered with oats and chunky homemade chips and, when the local boat comes in, lobster fresh from the Irish Sea. Also has an attached shop for off-sales as it functions as the village's only off-licence too. A hidden gem in rural County Antrim.

We had a lovely time at Millars bar my niece had her 21st birthday party there. The function room was very nice the staff we're very friendly. Millars provided a lovely hot finger buffet there was lots of food and all of it was lovely. Could not fault the evening at all. We also stayed over in the rooms upstairs lovely and clean and well equipped. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to all our family and friends.
We wandered up and into Millers Bar whilst staying at a local bed and breakfast whilst backpacking Ireland. We were met with a very friendly bunch of people and after a few pints of Guinness were made to feel like family! A brilliant pub with delicious food, friendly and helpful staff, and a place where Guinness is poured properly!
Thanks for making our stay very memorable! We hope to see you again! 🍻
