Good food albeit a little inconsistent for a franchise. I had the same meal for 3 nights in a row which came out either with or without one or two things each time. That aside the food is still tasty and a somewhat fair price within the meal deal though a majority of my favourites carry an additional charge on top of the £26 deal.
Breakfast is unlimited and arguably the best part of the deal.
Often busy at peak times with somewhat long wait times. The staff are friendly and helpful. The furnishings however, seem either dated or out of place in some parts.
We stopped for lunch about 2.30pm, had 2 two course meals and two drinks for less than £30.00 which considering my main was a rump steak, I thought was excellent value for money. That and the fact the steak was cooked exactly how I like it, medium rare, means next time we're back in the area we'll definitely be paying a visit.
The staff are friendly but, in the evening at least, service was quite slow. The food was good. Breakfast was super fast but that's because it's self service... I don't know if breakfast is only for Premier Inn customers or from everyone, but it is very good value.
