We were a group of 6 adults and 4 children who had a late lunch/early dinner on Thursday . Everyone of us enjoyed our meals. Staff were lovely and friendly. Can honestly recommend and you won’t be disappointed 😀 Can’t thank Connor enough for going out of his way to return my purse. Best wishes

Was an absolutely fantastic place to visit very welcoming staff especially Paige and Connor couldn’t fault the service. There was a half an hour wait on food but got it in under that time and it was delicious so props to the kitchen staff. Was even offered desserts at the table but the food was very filling surprisingly because of the £10.99 deal. You can tell it’s a locals pub by the way staff interact with the regulars it was soo nice to see. When we’re back down in Carlisle we will definitely be returning

Group of 12 (golf party) great service. Asked if we could book a table for the football on Saturday night. Not a problem Turned up to a group on the table but the manager moved them. Ordered food a few dishes for the table for us to pick at which was very nice. Cracking pub
