Tim Hortons - Cardiff - Photo album

As much as you can expect from a chain. It does the job without being spectacular. I have not yet had a batch of the mini-doughnuts that are what I would regard as fresh. Overall it is OK.
The latest store opening by Tim Hortons in Cardiff happened at midday on 22 February with a large queue of customers waiting around the block. The Famous Canadian Coffee and Donuts chains' Albany Road branch is a good size in the former Shoe Zone unit with plenty of seating including two seat table
Having a Canadian wife and spending time in Canada I already have a love for Tim Hortons. Luckily this weekend I found myself in Cardiff so made a special pilgrimage to the news Albany Road Tim Hortons. After finally finding parking (difficult to find on a Saturday) I went in, ordered an original bl
As my first time visiting a Tim Horton's store, there was a rather long wait and only two people available to serve. It took about half an hour to be served from walking in. With that being said, the food was nice and my iced coffee was enjoyable. Although the prices were a bit too much for me perso
Decent cup of coffee. Slightly different offering when compared to other coffee chains with a more 'fast food' feel (all paper cups and lots of grilled sandwiches and panini). No power points or charging sockets as far as I could see so not first choice for the types who sit in the coffee shop all d
Nice and small, Tim Hortons is the kind of coffee shop you can spend all day at. It has plug sockets in case you need to charge your device as well as tim bits and coffee in case you need to recharge yourself. Great shop would very much recommend.
Personal favorite drink is the French Vanilla but there's so many more coffee options. If you're feeling a bit cheeky, you can even grab some Timbits (which are amazing bite-size donuts) to go! Decent sandwiches and the Chipotle's sauce for the fries really make a great combination! Would recommend!
It's a touch expensive but for the extra expense the food really does taste absolutely lovely the chips were great and as was the rap I had but the crowning achievement of the absolutely lovely milkshakes and smoothies although Tim hortons is know for its coffee the coffee didn't appeal to me nearly
I *love* Tim Hortons coffee - great antidote to the overdone plethora of fancy coffees to be found in some coffee chains (sometimes using sugar to mask the bitter taste). It's also a lot cheaper than the coffee often is at the big coffee chains. Service at Albany Road has been generally good so far.
It's local and although the coffee is nice, it all depends on whoever makes it. Most of the staff are lovely but their is always one or two that don't really want to be there, thus the coffee is not as nice as the genuine staff who love their job.
Simply put, the best hot chocolate on the high street. Friendly service selling the great, light and fluffy Timmy's doughnuts famed across Canada. Competitively-priced high street snacks and hot drinks.
A trip to Wales isn't complete without Timmy's breakfast. And a trip to Timmy Ho's isn't complete until they mess up your order. This time they were out of brioche buns after they put my order through. Never change Timmy's. Go Jets!
Very nice place . Thoroughly enjoyed the coffee. The only thing I would suggest would be better ventilation. I sat for 30min and my coat started smelling burned oil. Otherwise great place
Great prices, great coffee and a ultra modern store in the heart of Roath. The only negative point i noticed on my recent visit, despite there being plenty of staff available, tables were unclean with rubbish left by previous customers.
Tim Hortons on Albany Road is the best place to start your day/week. The service is always friendly and the coffee is great. #doubledouble
