It is a supreme dining experience. Starting from the self made black butter which matches with the bread perfectly. And then the oysters are so fresh, and the sauce brings out another layer of freshness. You can watch how the chef prepares the dishes in the open kitchen, which is a joy as well. We tried John Dory and Halibut, both dishes again match with the sauce and the side perfectly. If you don't mind a bit of texture, I would recommend Halibut, it brings you different layers of tastes when it stays long enough in your mouth. We were already thinking about our next visit when we were still enjoying the main dishes.
Fin Boys is always a guarantee for delicious seafood cooked and presented to perfection. Everything was so flavoursome and beautiful, I always return home satisfied ^^
This time I have only a very very small piece of advice to give. When a dish is spicy, please highlight it somehow on the menu, because is not always clear (I could not detect in the description of the scallops on soumen the presence of spice).
This restaurant is a must for all seafood lovers; if you don’t go you’ll have lost out on a seafood adventure ! The flavours were extraordinary and each dish in the tasting menu was sensational . We shall be back !
