First time at this subway and to Cambridge and the staff member (Jade) was very chatty and helpful. She also gave a good suggestion of where to go even though she isn't local. I'd recommend this subway for choice of food as there is plenty and it is very well prepared, and for the staff friendliness.

Best customer service I get in subway after long time.staff is very friendly and smiling. They understand my daughter’s gluten problem and clean the counter and change the gloves before they make subway for her.I definitely go back there again.

My partner and I went in to collect a subway today and received what we both described as the best customer service we have received in any subway by a lady working there named Diana, she was very cheerful and polite and deserves something for that!:)
