It's your run of the mill BK, but because it's not in the town centre, it's never hugely busy.
The food is predictably good, and the service is decent.
They accept the offers in the BK app, so that is great, too 👍
Great burgers (for a fast food place) enjoyed the flame grilled taste. Coffee was good too but customer service needs work.
I asked 'do you have sauces?' (don't usually eat at Burger King so wasn't sure if had any sauce packets to take away).
Staff said 'yes' and walked off.
Granted, they did answer my question but obviously too much to work out that I would actually like some! Had to wait to catch someone else's attention as no one was watching the counter.
I don't usually leave reviews but today the service I received from the member of staff that served me called STEVEN B really impressed me.
He was operating the drive through I used, usually you get told to "give them a minute", but I was greeted with "Welcome to Burger-king, what may I order for you?"
Straight away I knew he hadn't been working here long but already he's a credit to his team and should be recognised by his manager.
He was well mannered and spoken throughout the order and recited my order back to me and the offer code I provided to ensure everything was correct.
Upon paying he asked "how would you like to pay for your order, card or cash? Also would you like ice in your drink?"
Everything I've said seems pretty standard I know but the way he handled the whole thing showed exceptional customer service skills, something these days we don't always get, especially at a fast food drive through which is why I'm writing this review as insignificant it may seem, this young lad deserves good feedback and recognition.
Only one thing I would say which has nothing in relation to the lad is the toilets were in a terrible condition and needed attention.
