For a second year in a row I visited this quaint pub on Burns Night with pals. The menu was filled with tempting dishes. Every course was delicious, the refreshing whisky & elderflower cordial was heavenly and the staff were warm and friendly... very reasonably priced. We will return next year dressed in our tartan bests.

Being local this is a family favourite establishment. The service is always first class and the food has never disappointed. What makes the fox and hounds special, the staff. Always fantastic engagement and customer focus. Today, again, we were very well looked after by Aisha. Thank you for your tableside pleasantries and for being able to laugh with us. Another reason to return. Thank you so much.

A great cozy country pub. We had a pub lunch near Christmas; the decorations were very festive. The staff were friendly and attentive. The portions were huge for the roast dinners we chose, with melt-in-the-mouth turkey, and lovely vegetables. But the roast potatoes didn't seem so great, and were greasy.
