Miller & Carter Milton Keynes

Food was really good quality but service could have been better. During the mains the butchers block was brought out which looked really nice but we waited about 5 minutes until the sides came out so by this time the steaks were luke warm which was disappointing when your spending £75 on steaks. I would eat here again though as it was nice food.

Place was quiet on a Thursday but was well looked after by Bianca who helped with recommendations and was always on hand. Food was good. i bought the cheapest steak which was still £20 odd quid but it was cooked well. Still too expensive for my pocket for a rare treat out but The Harvester @Loughton was packed (really fancied the mixed grill but it was an hour wait for food) so this was easily my next best choice.. Had just finished a 72 hour fast so needless to say i wolfed down my food. Left nicely fed but not stuffed (as i no doubt would have been at Harvester).. which is a good thing i guess.. Strawberry soda was delightful. Place was comfortably cool, despite the heatwave outdoors.

After ringing Bedford and XSCAPE for booking and not being successful. Ringing this branch was extremely easy, staff member on the phone accepted our booking of 10 people with ease no hesitation unlike the other branches and also very understanding when 2 members of the group were unable to make it. Food exceptional as always! Our waitress was very attentive, kept us updated with any out of stock items. The whole group thoroughly enjoyed it and was some of their 1st visits to M&C and said they would return. Only slight issue we had was the temperature of the restaurant, extremely warm and on request for the AC to be turned off we were told it was broken. But other than that very small inconvenience we had a great experience!

I cannot fault the service, the food and the atmosphere. Everything was brilliant. Been to the restaurant a few weeks back for a birthday celebration with my parents. We arrived earlier than we were supposed to but that seemed not to be a problem, we were immediately seated. Our waitress, Sharon, was a star. She was very frendly, prompt and thorough with our order. She made sure that she made a note of the dietary requirements and advised accordingly. The food was fabulous, steaks cooked to perfection, the sides were amazing and the cocktails were amazing too. Sharon came by our table a few times asking if everything was alright with the food and if we needed anything else. Her service was just amazing. The other staff members, even if we haven't interacted with them, you could see they were smiling and the atmosphere in the restaurant was relaxing and very friendly. All in all the experience has exceed my expectations and I will be definitely be coming back.

I came here for dinner the other day for the first time after working a full day at work and I couldn't recommend this place enough. I was served by Vicky and Stacey and they were very friendly, professional and helpful. I felt so welcome here, the service was perfect, the food is delicious and the steakhouse has a wonderul atmosphere, I will definitely come back again. Thank you so much, everyone! I had such a wonderful time! You're all excellent!

Upon arrival, we were made aware there was a staff shortage. No bar service was available, but they sat us at our table early so we could enjoy a drink beforehand. None the less I couldn't fault the service. Our waitress Jessil was absolutely fantastic and the food was outstanding. The service was slightly slower, but it didn't affect the level of food and service we received. We are looking forward to returning.
