Lovely place and the staff seem genuinely happy and excited to help you find a tea. I was seeking a gift and left with twice as much tea as I intended because the friendly face behind the counter was so helpful at finding tea that I liked.
I'm not in the UK often but will definitely be visiting again next time I am.
Only suggestion would be for more focus on loose leaf tea, I nearly left when I thought it was all bagged!
Great tea selection which was prepared immaculately. Staff extremely welcoming, have great vibes, and know their tea. Seating both inside and out, perfect place to chillout.
Lovely staff in the Bristol shop - so welcoming, friendly, kind, and went out of their way for me. Incredible range of delicious teas and special teaware and accessories. Couldn't have been happier with my visit, and it was the highlight of my stay in Bristol. The best customer service I've experienced in a long time.
