I had a really good experience with the assistant manager Kate. Kate was extra helpful and incredibly friendly. She went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed.

Usually really great - the quieter times first thing in the morning are best although you often have an obstacle course of crates to navigate due to shelf stacking. Sometimes there is no one keeping an eye on self service checkouts so once you find an employee to help, keep them and make sure they stay for all the shoppers who need them! When the cafe is open it is a useful place to have a break after shopping and is really clean and usually quite calm. Great to people watch or wait for a rainstorm to pass!
