You haven't come to Brighton if you haven't eaten at Earl's.
The bread is soft with a crunchy crust and the inside of your choice (I got rid of many of the extras that come with your sandwich) is delicious.
Do not miss the mayo! 😋
We had just arrived in Brighton to have a first meal and went to Earl by chance.
The Banh Mi's were absolutely delicious. Fresh, spicy, crispy bread - simply excellent! 5 star reward.
The owner (Earl?) is a nice guy and we had a little chat. He prepared the food very fast.
The location is very small, two persons can sit outside and 2 or 3 on the inside, but that's no problem. It's mainly concepted for Take-Away, I think. It is located very central.
Top!
I got this huge mixed vegan kimchi bành mí for £7.50! It has kimchi, maggi tofu, squash, aubergine, spinach, and edamame pâté. The vegan banh mi I’ve tried at other places has been so boring but this was scrumptious: so flavourful, a little spicy, crunchy. Perfect to have by the beach on a sunny day which is what we did. My partner got the pork char siu. The pork was so tender and juicy. Portions were huge so I had mine for breakfast and lunch, too! I will definitely be going back to try make my way through the entire menu!
