Seasons is a new Chinese restaurant and it is certainly a good one. As a vegetarian, I had the vegetarian platter and the chef was very helpful as he prepared a 5 person platter which was off menu. The sea weed is amazing as well as the egg fried rice. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and the service. The restaurant is very well designed and has great interior. The only issue I had was the difficulty in communication, the staff tried their best regardless and were very kind. A great location for dinner just by the Brighton Pier.
Delicious food, excellent customer service, ok cocktails. Visited on a gloomy Tuesday evening. The restaurant was empty but clean and beautiful. Staff were attentive without being intrusive. I had lots of questions about the menu as it was a banquet style menu- due to C19 the menu has been reduced but there are still plenty of options. The staff member answered all my questions and was very patient, he also gave me additional information about Chinese cuisine from different regions which was truly fascinating to me as I'm a foodie.
I had a fantastic experience at Seasons! The staff and ambience at the restaurant were fantastic.
I believe the prices are extremely well priced for the location and interior of the restaurant. Portion sizes were okay for a majority of dishes, I would recommend the restaurant increases the quantity of the main chicken dishes.
Starters:
The hot and sour soup was an amazing quantity and quality, absolutely must have!
The vegetarian platter was amazing too, I loved the seaweed and spring rolls.
For mains, I would recommend the black bean chicken followed by the Kung pao chicken. The singaporean udon noodles were a great pick too alongside egg friend rice which you can never go wrong with.
For drinks, we had wine which were well priced as well.
I highly recommend people to try out this new spot; they even had 15% off when I went as an opening discount.
