Great little papa johns and was able to cater for my partners gluten intolerance and the server knew what we meant when we asked about the gluten free bases. We saw the server make the pizza away from where the normal pizzas where made and he took extra care while making it. After the pizza was cooked my partner said it was much better and larger then the ones you get from pizza hut. We will happily eat here again.
The pizza from here always tastes good, and the staff are very hard-working too. Generous with toppings, and are evenly spread over the pizzas.
Unfortunately, they ran out of my favourite sauce, the special garlic sauce 😢 but they were kind enough to replace it with the garlic and herb one instead. And they even added an extra sauce for the mix-up!
The app is so buggy though, I always have issues with it - especially with deals. I hate the fact that student discount are only through the app now, as they don’t work half of the time. This is the one thing I think needs improving the most, as the app is so bad I currently just use the website instead for placing orders.
I am updating my review to reflect a marked improvement in service as of late. In my most recent order, the pizza I received was incorrect. However, when I called my complaint was taken very quickly, and a replacement pizza along with a free drink was sent in only twenty minutes. The food was good quality and while I was initially worried my evening plans were ruined, Papa Johns pulled through.
