Not our usual type of Chinese this, but none the less we gave it a go due to its ideal location to our hotel opposite. The place is old and in need of a refurb but it has oodles of authenticity and charm. the staff struggle with English but they try and offer an excellent service. The food was tasty and I must say well cooked.the rice was exceptional as was the chilli beef, made with real chillies, however you need to specify when to bring the dishes or they all arrive at once. the pricing was reasonable. About £30 for 2 courses for 2 people.

Lovely food, served with a smile but could really do with a shake up on its decor, furnishings and loos. I will often gravitate to restaurants which look as though they are favoured by locals and this was no exception. Just try to bring the fabric of the building up to the standard of the grub.

I've been having their food as take away over the last few years. It's always been good but in the last 18 months or so, the food quality has gone into over drive. The food is staggeringly good. They are the only Chinese food I'll have as take away order now, again due to the food being very high quality. They are that good and very friendly and chatty as well.
