Lovely traditional old pub with large outdoor seating area - at the front and at the back in the garden. Nice selection of beers, delicious food from set menu or daily specials. Kids friendly with outdoor play area. Highly recommend

Quaint old English pub including low beams. Lovely atmosphere, a big play space for the children. Good selection of beers, I didn't have any food, but the menu looked good.

We can't recommend this pub enough. We visited twice in the past month, once with our young family - they had a great play area with alot of variety for the children, good variety of meals and so hospitable when we asked for things like a glass of ice (hot weather and grumpy toddler) The second was when we arranged to have a wake for our father. Not only were they super accommodating last minute but the food they supplied was a really great variety and quality. They urged us to take the left overs and set it up outside so beautifully. They couldn't have been nicer and their service and attitude was incredible. We would just like to thank you again for being so wonderful
