Up from London and fancied Fish and Chips. What I had was probably the Best piece of Haddock I've ever eaten. The upstairs Restaurant was clean and well laid out. Made to feel very welcome by the friendly and accommodating Staff. Can't wait to visit Brechin again and eat some lovely Fish.

My brother and I enjoyed a brilliant fish and chip lunch today. A large fish, excellent batter, well cooked and a big helping of chips. Also bread and butter and tea. Sat upstairs and had great service will definitely be back.

Great food and great portion sizes. Sauces and gravy are gluten free. They also sell ice cream, sweets and drinks. In the take away part of the premises they have a table with chairs. You can get a fish supper for under £10 so it's great value. The owner is so nice. He opened the shop and served me early and always has time for a friendly chat.
