Wonderful place. Lovely staff, so many teas to smell and try. I usually make a stop when I'm in the area, and now I have a cupboard dedicated for boxes of tea. Highly recommend signing up to the loyalty program as you get free samples of tea, coffee and hot chocolate every time you buy something. Excellent!

Visited for the first time the other week. The sales assistant was so friendly and welcoming since my friend and I entered. He helped straight away as I was looking for a particular tea. Also recommended a te strainer. I was really impressed with his enthusiasm and great customer service skills. He was lovely and upbeat with a very high pitched and enthusiastic voice. Will definitely be back to buy my tea there.
