Had to park down the road as there was no room in the small car park even though we were the only visitors, but I honestly didn't mind this. The service was fast and friendly. The food was great and the portions even better. The only downside were the sauces available. The selection is Tomato, Mayo, Chilli and Garlic, which is fine, but the quality is what let it down. We could tell straight away it's the cheap and watered down stuff. Inside the restaurant it was clean, but there were a few things that needed fixing, such as plastic displays and features, such as the frames around the windows for example.
I liked the idea behind steaks on a plane. It is very unique. The first impression from outside is mind-blowing, first of its kind for me. Getting inside, it gave me the wow-effect to see the cabin area. For a moment, I felt I had boarded a plane and that it would take off any minute. The sitting arrangement is cool, and the meal is tasty; though a bit pricy. This is still okay given the uniqueness of steaks on a plane. However, they need to improve on customer service (wear a smile on your face when a customer approaches you, communicate calmly and with empathy) - my opinion. Also, the staircase leading to the plane seems weak.
Loved this place. Its a fun idea, kids love it.
Its not massive, just 6 tables - its more like a takeaway with seats really. You order & pay at the counter, then they call you when its ready and you collect it yourself
Not a huge menu, but what they do, they do well! I had the philly steak and it was amazing, i ate every crumb!
We will definitely go again
