We were looking to go somewhere for lunch last week and we were very happy to have found this little gem. The interior is good, the staff really polite,friendly and made us feel relaxed and looked after! And the food - what can I say - haven't had such a good meal for a long time! Amazing! Highly recommend to visit 👌

Excellent set up outside. Rigorous covid procedures; sanitiser, wipes and tissues on every table.You can still see the staff's big smiles under the facemasks! The crab salad starter was light and refreshing. The beer battered haddock and chip outstanding, the fish was incredibly soft. A tempting selection of cakes were on offer too. Cargill's Sunday roasts are not worth missing also. Highly recommended.

Amazing food, atmosphere and lovely staff. I cant recommend Cargills enough! It's amazing. I would add that if you are curvy then the chairs inside might be a little uncomfortable (see pic) but there is seats outside and in the gazebo which don't have restricting arm rests.
