A lovely community pub right by Blenheim Palace, decor was lovely and the lady behind the bar was very friendly. The food was delicious and everything was really good value for money. The only thing that let it down was the speed of service on food. We were warned of a 30 minute wait but that then became an hour. We will be back and will put our food order in earlier. Please don't let the delay put you off, as the food was brilliant.

Just got back from this place, can honestly say was some of the nicest food I've had in a long time!.
Roast was excellent and crumble dessert was lovely.
Gf had ham egg and chips and potted white chocolate dessert which she thoroughly enjoyed.
Will be back.....

New ownership - as a community pub - has breathed new life into this place. The previous grumpy fellow has gone and this pub is so much the better for it. There's life here now, and fantastic food & drink!
There's an excellent gin menu (my wife had the local Costwold gin this time) and I had the best malbec I've tasted ever. (I know that sounds like hyperbole, but trust me, it's worth tasting.)
We ate a tuna steak and a burger - both tasty and well presented yet reasonably priced. There's lots to like here and we'll be back soon.
