Excellent breakfast at a very good price. Service efficient and quick. Nice feel to the cafe. Very extensive menu. The portions were very generous. Would definitely return next time I’m in Blackpool.
The best place to eat in Blackpool. It's all ways a good place when the locals use it too. We have visited many times as a couple, as a family, brought guests and even work outings. Its not only got a huge choice but everything fresh, hot and sizable portions that will leave you happy and full. It's also good for the pocket, fair prices that will allow a treat throughout our cost of living crisis.
It's got a charm, a sense of history and yet impeccably clean, well managed and fantastic attentive staff. It has a feel of a British restaurant on the Canary Islands but yet in the heart of Blackpool. A real must if your in the area. You wont be disappointed.
They are very accommodating and will provide space for older people, wheelchair users and large families.
The only negative is the toilets are up a great number of stairs and no disabled ones on the ground floor. However if you go down to the Rose and Crown pub they were kind enough to let us use the accessible toilet.
I was in there on 30th April 2023 (Sunday).
With 3 others. We had the bigger breakfast and one of us had something smaller.
It really was a great breakfast (And I can eat too. )
Everything went smoothly, no long waiting times, maybe 10-15 minutes but we had a pot of tea each
(2 cups) to drink. When the food appeared it was all hot so must have all been prepared properly.
Friendly staff and cleaning was up to the mark.
Table was cleared promptly, leaving us with more room rather than sitting there with a table full of used plates and cutlery.
I will be going back !.
4 of us eating big breakfasts and drinking plenty of tea came to around £40.
