First visit to the restaurant and was very impressed.
It was a last minute decision to eat out and being in the area thought we would try A Mano's, called mid week in the evening, lovely interior, with a very nice bar area, an open kitchen with pizza oven, the restaurant has a modern and crisp feel to the place, which we liked.
Service was fantastic, lovely young girl who looked after us on our visit and I think it may have been the manager who checked on us later in the evening, again really friendly and nice to chat to.
Two of us on the visit, we both had starters which were very nice, for main my wife went for a pasta from the vegetarian menu, which had a good choice, myself I tend to test a restaurant on the first visit with a steak, to see how if it turns out the way I like and whether it's good quality, it was excellent quality and cooked perfectly.
I've been to so called steak specialist restaurants and they haven't done as good as what I've had here, the portion size for the meals were good and the pricing good too, again I've paid a lot more for less.
I will definitely return and I look forward to trying other things off the menu, now you've passed my steak test with flying colours.

I'm not sure what I was expecting when I came here for a meal with my friends and little boy, but it's certainly not what I got, everything was top quality, from the staff, the food, the atmosphere and the price, this place is by far the best restaurant not only in Blackburn but the surrounding area, I was so overly impressed and will definitely be visiting again as I know my friends go often.
Fabulous,friendly helpful staff,cocktails spot on the food well i cant even express how amazing our meal where,fabuolous all round,shall definatly be back....many times lol
