Extremely busy, had to wait a bit longer than usual even though we ordered ahead with the app and waited in the car park collection bay. Some items weren't available, but that's something we've got used to with this particular branch. Food was up to its normal standard and fairly hot. Still have a big problem with the lack of "normal" sugared drinks as health problems prevent being able to tolerate alternative sweetening ingredients.

A few weeks since I've been there, but I was very impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of the staff, and especially the kindness of the gentleman who helped me when my receipt didn't come out of the machine and I didn't know the number of my order. Unusual to get such good service somewhere so busy!

Everything was piping hot. The place was clean and the staff were lovely. Really enjoyed our experience. Parking is a little tight though but you can park on the outside if needs be. Very close to a large number of shops so easily accessible
