I pop in often either for a sit in coffee or a very nice takeaway sausage roll. The shop is nice and informal and in the heart of the shopping centre of Swan Centre Yardley. Service is quick and the setting a relaxing one which I happily recommend.

I visited greggs (swan) with my niece and I was so pleased to see customers being treated with respect and kindness. There was an elderly man, who seemed a regular and the lady carried it to thw table for thw man, put his sugar in and made sure he was ok, before returning back behind the counter. There was another elderly woman, who was a little difficult, however they dealt with her kindly too. I am a support worker and I am used to seeing vulnerable people being spoken down to and it was really nice to see staff go above and beyond
